large angular chunks amongst a few flakes - maybe somewhere in dressing of these stones there is a big escape from the centre of these stones for grain without being properly ground MT5 N or maybe just milled too coarse to be sutable to bolt - mill tests - 6/4/11 

middlings 18.86%, not so much MT5 N mill tests - 6/4/11 

flour, 38.6% again a bit limp looking MT5 N mill tests - 6/4/11 

bran, typically around 19% of mill, large flakes, nothing chunky, Hans Titulear Dutch Bio 90 mill tests - 6/4/11 

middlings, more flakes but smaller than bran obviously, typically about 10% - Hans Titulear Dutch Bio 90 mill tests - 6/4/11 

flour (light brown), can be 67% on one pass but usually milled 61 or 62% on first pass but then middlings re-milled for 72% extraction - tests - 6/4/11
